CAROLE IRVING ARPS
Capturing Life's Beauty Through Art, Craft & Photography
My creative themes revolve around the exploration of shape, texture and colour, both in paint and photography. I am a member of the Royal Photographic Society, having earned the Licentiate distinction in 2004 and the Associate in 2005. My photographic work appears in magazines and textbooks alongside advertising in print and online.
My artistic focus primarily lies in floral work, drawing inspiration from my own garden, as well as from the captivating Dorset landscape and travels abroad, I use acrylic, oil and mixed media in my work.
I make unique journals which contain handmade papers, vintage book pages and ephemera, I use natural dyes to colour fabrics and papers applied to the journals.
